Has anyone successfully applied a discount coupon to a pre-order? I don't even have the option to "save preview" in my library, which I find weird.

So... I bought five books using multi-tab trick and got only one receipt. Few days later I see that they have refunded the money to my card for the other 4 books.

However, they're still in my library and I haven't gotten any angry emails from Kobo.

What do you think about that?

Something similar happened to me, but in my case I was not charged, I use an egift card and no charges appeared for some books that returned an error in the checkout but that appeared in my library, since I now have downloaded the books I'm not worried that they take them from my library.
And I don’t think it is wrong to keep the books not having been charged, since I was trying to buy them and only discovered by accident that the books were in my library despite the message «oops something went wrong».

Yeah, I got the message «oops something went wrong» too, but I thought the payment went through since the books appeared in my library. They refunded a couple of days later.

I posted similar problem some time ago.
I used store credit (egiftcard) and although no charges appeared in the payment history, the store credit got reduced accordingly.
So not a big problem for me.

To the posters who said they bought books and didn't get receipts - are you able to use the same code again? Give it a try.

To members generally, has anyone not got a receipt for a very recent prchase? If so, can you re-test the code you used and see if it's still working.

I'm wondering if Kobo's got receipt issue problems again .....

(some of you here may recognise what I'm getting at.)

I also got the «oops something went wrong» message when multi-tabbing, and in one case got a payment failure message. Payment seems to have been taken for all the books (no refunds yet). I have multi-tabbed a few times recently (keep trying to find more things to buy with the competition codes!) and in each case I have received a receipt for the first item only, so it doesn't feel the same as the "receipt issue" problems.
