Book Print out
Ok I am back again trying to get a print out of my 300 books; over the past months since I first posted this question; I tried the following formats - Azw3 then Bib then CVS the E pub then lastly Mobi and so far can t see a dang thing happening.
All I get is weird numbers and letters and half pages and no book list in sight hoping their are clearer directions then what I got awhile back : ) |

If you are using a spreadsheet
In Excel you click the left corner square to select the whole sheet then sort (custom sort if you want multiple levels) I sort by author first level series series index The easiest way to print more columns on same page is to cut and paste the columns after it is all sorted. Sorry I don't use Libre Office but I imagine it is much the same. Helen |

I think you need to import the CSV into the calc part of libre office. (spreadsheet)
https://help.libreoffice.org/Calc/Im...ting_CSV_Files Then Format your rows which so you have spacing etc. http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/tr-...reoffice-calc/ Then you want to sort. https://help.libreoffice.org/Calc/Sort_Criteria Best to save before sorting as it can take a couple of tries if you are new to spreadsheets Helen |

print out
Ok the cvs file is now in libre cal and now opens up in notepad; if I understand your saying save as text file then open as a text file in libre writer which is their office and it should be their unless I have missed something ?
And your so right it does take a number of trys to get it to open; its very very messy what pops up; I have had pages missing and a combo of weird numbers and letters and lastly paragraphs missing over the past 2/3 days trying to get it right. But the whole messy process does work its way out after several try's and I don t give up . |

![]() You should just leave it in calc and print it from there I think. I have never used calc but should be good. Notepad has no formatting options at all so anything done to line things up and space things out would be very difficult if impossible. And we want it to look decent after all of your effort don't we ![]() 1. import CSV 2. Format cells by row and by column. 3. Sort data 4. Cut and paste your data so you have 2 rows of data per page. 2,3, and 4 might take a few tries but once you get it right you will say how nice and remember how to do it. You will probably want to do this again some day. Helen |
