In other news (sorry to interrupt the contest euphoria), the eccentric pricing in India continues. While the imprints and books identified earlier are no longer priced ultra cheap (in fact they're at the other end of ridiculous now), I did find another imprint (Open Road Media) which has some children's books, Erma Bombeck, Lawrence Block, Chris Lynch and even a few books by Barabara Hambly at throwaway prices:

Fate has not been kind. And I lost the only 75% coupon on a book that Kobo can't fix (Part 2 that I need is really a Part 3 that I already have, and the same thing happened last time, a month ago. I think that it will need to be purchased from Amazon. Also, you would think I learned my lesson, but as it turns out hope springs eternal).

Kobo's customer service is outstanding. There hasn't been an issue they hadn't solved for me. Ask them and they will refund the money and issue a new coupon.

I've been waiting a month for them to fix a problem for me. There was a problem during checkout, so I didn't get charged and don't have the book, but the site thinks it's in my library and won't let me "repurchase" it.

40daze expires after May 9 23:59 JPN time. So..maybe after that the 35% codes will be a bit more welcomed here?

Not that I've seen. But usually we do, we've been pretty spoiled.

As for Kobo customer service, any issue I've had has always been resolved, but not usually without numerous emails explaining and re-explaining the issue over the course of a week or two.
