So, following the excellent advice given above, I've found the imprints (not all of them hopefully :P) which have the ridiculously priced books:

Oh, thanks. I didn't get that one, bummer. I did find something similar last year, though. A friend did it, too, and said she felt like she'd raped Kobo. While I think that's insensitive to rape victims, I can't think of another word to describe how much I took advantage of them.
