Oh - I didn't know. I use luzme.com to alert me to price drops on books I want, just in case they appear in a kindle daily deal of similar.

I'm doing pretty good for this month as far as purchases. Only 4 things purchased and still under $5. Have one more planned purchase for this month (audiobook). I too think I will be back in budget around July. I just have to keep reminding myself that my upper limit of actual reading is about 120 books a year. That's helping.

I have to admit that I also bought a new Kindle HDX (smaller one). Didn't NEED it, just wanted it, and it was a good deal. Yes, it is gadgetitis. I got a replacement Itouch last week for a really great deal. AND, now the old Itouch works again, after some suggestions from some folks online.

Sigh. I succumbed. I'd had Imager on my Kindle for a bit, and just read it. (Actually a re-read, since I originally read the series as Audible books.) And when I finished, I bought the next without stopping to think. Now, it's true, its a favourite series, but it certainly could have waited. It's not like I don't have plenty to read.

I also just bought The Language of Power, by Rosemary Kirstein. But I'm OK with that, since it's a favourite series that I've been waiting for years to get in eBook format. I'd already factored that in to my budget for this month. I just hope Ms. Kirstein recovers enough to actually write more in the series.

I've just bought another of my Baen backlist. Someone posted a 90% off code (z7Vstm) in the Kobo Discount thread. It's not multi-use on a single account, but perhaps it can be used on more than one account?

I'm sure there'll be another competition along before the end of May. That is, if you want more than 50% off, and have already used the February and April codes.

The worst part is that it appears that they removed the option to change countries. Dang it. Should have got the Caroline Graham ebooks during the last contest.

I've just faltered with a storybundle. Their video game bundle 3.0 ends in 16 hours as I write this, and includes a book about Atari which was on my wishlist, and was over £8 at Amazon. Five dollars later and I have a couple of other interesting books to go with it.

As a fan of "Only Connect" I couldn't resist. I think my wife will enjoy reading it too. I did put a link in the non-fiction bargains thread.
