Yes, and it will be applied to the highest-priced item in your cart that does not already have a promo code on it. In the event of a tie, I believe it just goes for the first item on the page.

If all items have codes and you enter a better one, only then will it kick out an already-entered code. Removing a promoed book will also remove its coupon; the code will not be reassigned. Finally, each code can only be used once per cart, even if it's a multiuse code.

I think that covers everything...

Depends on circumstances. If you've got your own batch of codes and you're not in a race, just enter 'em from highest discount to lowest and you'll be fine. It won't work with multitab, though; once you add something to the cart, multitab is just no longer an option. Fundamentally incompatible.

About once a month, usually in the last half of the month, Kobo runs a ten-day long contest. The exact URL changes, but http://contest.kobo.com/ should usually get you there.
