I have a feeling that legal fees have taken a large chunk out of the funds available for disbursement to customers - before the final amount gets allotted (by whatever calculation) to actual purchasers of agency priced ebooks.

I only got $5.11 from Amazon but I think I probably bought most ebooks from B&N during that time period. I'll have to see what I get from them.

I just got $13.87 from Amazon. I expect a bundle more from B&N, since most of my purchases from that period were for my nook, but I haven't heard from B&N yet.

I bought, well my Mother and I bought, over 400 books during that time period. I have not gone through to figure out which publisher was responsible for each book but I know that neither one of us cared about the Publisher and bought what we wanted to read. So either most of the authors we read were not sold by the major publishers or something is way off. Personally, I would like a list of the books that were included and an explination of why it ended up being what it was. They list a specific pay out per book, at the lowest level, $1 a book, I should have been well over $58

I got a tiny settlement credit from Amazon this morning. I rarely bought books from the publishers involved. My bigger settlement should come through Sony, so I suspect I'll get screwed with that.

I got the same amount. I was surprised it was so little considering the publishers' books I had bought through them.
