				Lending in Canada

My apologies if this has been answered elsewhere - I can't seem to find it. I know that the Amazon overlords have forbidden lending between US and Canada customers but are Canadians permitted to lend to other Canadians?

I believe it is a US-only feature. And technically it is the publishers who have forbidden Amazon from offering the feature.
