It doesn't work for me here in Bulgaria. I had to change to India to make it work.

I bought one book but I feel kind of guilty. It's clearly a technical bug so I wonder if I should exploit it.

90% code working in UK, just bought a £10.07 book for £1.01. (IE v10)

Strange as yesterday it rejected the code on that book.

However that was with a different pc with an earlier version of IE(v ?)......don't know if that makes any difference ?

I quit. I´m even looking at books I wouldn´t even think of putting on my wish list under normal circumstances. But I must admit it hurts, for somewhere in Kobo´s dark recesses there must be a book that I really, really need, even though I don´t know it yet!

How are people getting to use the code so many times? I made a US account because my Japanese one won't accept the code and it worked the first time I tried it but now it doesn't work anymore.

Try with other books. Maybe that one doesn't allow the use of coupons.

I guess my taste in books is just to unusual? I went through and added about twenty books that I would like to have to my cart, plus one that was mentioned here that I had no wish for; it was just to test the process. Sure enough the only book to which the discount applied was that test book. Does anyone know how to limit a book search to books that the code will apply to?

I think it only applies to one book at a time. It takes many checkouts, but isn't it worth it? (that's been my experience, anyway)

People around here talk about `agency books` but I´ve never understood how to recognize them. I can´t buy any Penguin with the code, or anything really recent, but for the rest it works.

Were you trying to check them out all at once? If you have multiple items in the cart, the code will only work once for that cart. You have to check them out individually.

As for the "unusual" taste in books --- The vast majority of books on my wishlist are not couponable in the US.
Most of the books I've come across that are couponable --- have been recommended here. ^^;
Other than that, there is a childhood favorite series of mine I have been (slowly) collecting.
