Good morning, everyone! Happy Thursday! Sun's already high in the sky, I've eaten a hearty breakfast of hard-cooked eggs and Korean kimchee, and now happily drinking my second mug of Taylors of Harrogate's "English Breakfast" tea. It's another day of relaxation and exercise... I've discovered that I need to 'push' a little harder in my daily walks... need to increase my stamina to get ready for the Royal Thai Navy's International Fencing Competition coming up in four months. Think I'm going to increase my walks to 15K per day instead of 10K, and increase my walking speed too. Perhaps I'll need to stop listening to audio books while I walk, and switch to bagpipe music... If nothing else, that's motivational. Hmmmm... maybe I should paint my face blue....

Progress on the current chapter. Down to the cleanup and the review questions. One more day should see it shipped, and then only three more to go. But they'll have to be in way less time. Meanwhile, tonight, 3 fingers of Aberfeldy.

I just bought a half kilo of "Thai #1" tea. I've never tried it myself, but others say it's good. And for 80 baht ($2.40) for a half kilo, even if I have to turn it into compost it will be cheap.

Gonna go brew up a cup right now!

Bad bagpipe music will help, it will make you want to run to finish as quickly as possible. Good bagpipe music is another story...

Good morning, all! Another Friday and another funday! I just threw away another mug of the new Thailand Tea #1 (Whoever recommended that to me probably loves Lipton's US version...) Gotta make a new cup of unbranded Keemun.... Then it's down to visit the Food Lady, a quick 5k walk, then it's off to the lake for some music with my friends and perhaps a swim. We should have the lake pretty much to ourselves... The Thais won't swim when it's this cold. My goodness, it's only 89F at 08:30! Burrrr!
