I personally dont care who posts which codes, I dont think its my site to be dictating what others should or shouldnt post. If I dont like how it is, I will stop using it rather than try and change things to suit myself.

I'm not asking you to explain yourself, or suggesting you should go away, I just think that it was a dumb claim when it was made before, and I don't think it's any more true now. If someone has actually used one of the 10%, 20%, or 25% codes during a contest because they either couldn't find a better code or didn't want to go looking for one, I'd love to have them post because I just don't think it happens. I'm not a moderator, I can't dictate whether people post codes or just argue whether people shouldn't be given grief for posting codes they "don't need" (which usually means, "I don't need something that small" , I know that's what it means when I say it), but here are some more codes that I don't need:
