I don't remember my first Romance novel, heck I'm 55, but I do remember buying used novels from this hole in the wall shop. Mostly, I can remember the Angelique books (which I am currently editing after scanning) and Skye O'Malley.

I used to quickly chew through books and made frequent trips to the used book store to sell back what I read and to look for new-to-me books to read.

I have that book I do plan to read it maybe this year. I am slowly getting caught up on the old stuff I missed out on.

I picked up this morning It's part of a series (#4) I am slowly collecting her books.

Hmm, goodreads shows it as the first of a 3 book series. "Tough men series"
It lists Tough and Tender Kisses and A tough man's woman next.

Since I am slightly OCD with reading order, I must know these things.

What are the books you have listed in the series?

Reading Order is:

1 Belle Starr
2 Lady Legend
3 Lonewolf's Woman
4 Too Tough to Tame
5 A Tough Man's Woman
6 Tough Talk and Tender Kisses

I see Belle Starr is also available now as a not expensive kindle book and its after civil war setting, which I want to read more off anyway. Thanks.
Of course its just more added to my TBR list. Sigh.

I know what you mean. I keep adding my TBR list. I added 4 books yesterday and one of them right now I am reading. I started Bound by Lorelei James well actually listening to it. It's a erotic novel similar to 50 Shades. Really good so far I am half way in and yes it's one of those cliffhanger books. I needed something different after reading 4 Novels of Last Chance. This is my first book by her and she reminds alot of Lora Leigh but with smarter characters.

I don't know what historical I am going to read next. I still need to finish the Karen Hawkins' book I started.

It was almost 90F here yesterday. Of course, we haven't has as much bad weather, either.

It's 75F here now we broke a record today. You can keep your 90 degree weather. I don't want it. I like spring weather not summer though. I stay indoors when it gets near 80 out. I hate the heat as it makes me really really sick but I don't like cold either because it makes my bones ache and I feel like I'm an old lady.

I am like Goldilocks I wanted it just right.

If I still had my PB's I'd offer to help proof your scans. What will you do with your final versions?
