Charlie - I like the dark roast coffees.

pooh - I knew you wouldn't forget the Lagavulin and the kitty supplies, but I hope you have remembered the extra batteries.

Sumatra coffee in my cup after a meal of tacos and tostadas. Now, to decide on a dessert.

After a meal like that, I would think that flan would be perfect. And easy to do.

Spent the morning watching Canada/GB Women's Curling match that we'd TiVo'd overnight. I should have been working, but wow, what a match.

On my third mug of English Breakfast tea from Peet's.

First mug of tea, but my third jolt of caffeine. I have class on Wednesday's and stopped for a coffee on the way. After my class I had an appointment to be interviewed by someone from my Alma Mater. We met over coffee, and it was very flattering to relate the datails of my life after college while she dutifully took notes. But, basically, they really want me to give their scholarship fund a little extra this year.

Good morning, everyone. It's almost Valentine's Day... get your flowers and chocolates early! I'm drinking unbranded Keemun tea this morning, and trying to figure out what sort of present I can buy for my wife. Tomorrow is our 19th wedding anniversary (another new "Personal Best" for me!) and I'd like to find something special. Other than flowers or chocolate or jewelery, have you got any suggestions?
