My husband got laid off in 2012 from a job he'd worked at since 1990 or so. Since then he's found a much better one. Here's wishing you do as well as he did.

For my fellow gothic romance lovers--today I found out about Shivers, a new digital imprint from Harlequin of modern gothic romance. They released a digital bundle that's now $3.82 in the US Amazon store (also couponable at Kobo, I'm trying to get a 45% or better coupon for it!) It's a good price considering it's almost 600 pgs. The sample is good so I'm buying it I'm glad that I found this! I was feeling twitchy because I hadn't bought any books (except some freebies) all week

They got rid of them and kept just the new puppy. Funny story the new puppy is SMART she got loose and took that leash with her and lost it. The guy from down the building knock on our door thinking she was ours. I told him nope we're cat people but she belongs next door. After that they never replaced the leash so she just ran loose and I laugh as I watch them trying to catch her all the time after her potty breaks.
