I have looked into Kay Hooper's series before but it looks too much like a thriller type mystery to me. I don't read thrillers as it would give me nightmares.

I did not know Shiloh Walker did a series like this I will have to go look see.

Blossom, you might want to look into Kay Hooper's Quinn duology. It is more of a paranormal mystery, and much lighter than the Bishop series.

Kay Hooper's series I've read and liked, Shiloh's Walker is "inside the mountain".
