Wherever I can get the best price. I was a Fictionwise and BoB shopper, but now I mostly go to Amazon, Kobo, Google and sometime Diesel. I get changes in prices from Luzme also and go to various sites from there.

I primarily buy from kobo with their coupons.
I've mostly bought from B&N because I wasn't too keen on looking for deals when I first got an ereader. It's only within the last 6 months that I actively started comparing prices. Kobo usually wins.

Have you tried using Calibre? I would have thought Calibre would change the format for you, if that's the problem. Having said that, I've never bought a book from Googl. But I do use Calibre regularly.

Almost all of my books come from Kobo but I sometimes buy from Amazon when one of their $1.99 specials is a good book.

I'd say I buy 98 % of my books from amazon. I occasionally buy books from kobo if they have a good sale/coupon but mainly they are bought from amazon. I've got a nook but I've never bought anything from there.

I buy from whichever store has the best price, which I usually find via specials from here or from Daily Deals email. I have such a TBR pile built up now from specials that I haven't looked for something to buy in a while.

If I wanted something that I didn't pick up on special, I'd go with whoever had the lowest price. If the price is about the same everywhere and a Kobo coupon doesn't apply, then I'll normally go with Kobo to kick a few pennies back to Powell's.

I buy them where the price is lowest, and then remove the DRM.

Most of them are coming from Kobo though, because of their coupons.

I buy most of my ebooks from Amazon and Kobo. I love Amazon, and I detest Kobo as much as I love Amazon. Kobo offers no useful information on their ebooks at all. I have to use Amazon to get details on the ebooks I'm interested in, and buy them at Kobo using the coupon codes. I suspect many people do the same. If Kobo offers no discount coupons, it will surely not be a popular site for ebooks.
