Yes using Audible Manager.

I use the enhanced format to download Audible audiobooks on my sansa clip zip and they work fine. I "only" have to do some wizarding with the files in the explorer : I move the audiobooks from the Audible folder created by the audible manager to another audible folder placed under... I think it's the music folder (I don't have my sansa with me so I can't check) or the audiobook folder, and I delete the Audible folder created by the audible manager. Then it works like a breeze.

Clip uses 2,3,4 --- Clip + and Clip Zip use 4,e.

I don't know how many of you are familiar with Faith Hunter's Jane Yellowrock series. This is an Urban Fantasy series (and NYT bestseller) about a shapechanging vampire hunter. If you are a Audible member please check your bank account. I have been a member for over two years and they just charge me twice this month. I now have 4 credits instead of two but still I am trying to get a refund. Don't they have a chat option? I have no voice due to the flu so I can't talk to them over the phone.

Thanks. Mine doesn't show that. Let me try another browser. Nope even in IE there is no Chat option.

No response back yet but my credits just went from 9 to 7 so I think they got my email as it's been 9 all day. So I think that means they refunded the extra.

Last edit: I got a response they refunded the extra charge and they sent it to higher tech to see why it happened. I am very impressed. Kindle support isn't even this fast via email! Less than 30 minutes to resolve. This is my first time dealing with Audible support.

Open their page and wait. When I do that, a chat box eventually pops up; sometimes immediately, sometimes later.

Yeah I get that too but not this time. I think Chat may be down but my problem is resolved hopefully. (see edited post above) Very fast response.

Went to the bank today for another problem...thought was me messing up on that & Audible. According to the bank Audible DID get the 95 cents But then 30 Mins later THEY returned it! So the mess Was Not me nor the bank! I sent an email requesting they take back the $10 Coupon & give me the 3rd cr! After all this I Wont become a member! The site sucks How do you even find something on it I no clue! FREEBIES are EASY! LOL That's another thing... they more than wiling to take back a Audiobook you BUY But not the Freebies! Go figure!!
