Need to convert series to month name
I have a file name like:

test-2013-05

name-year-month

I transferred the month number to the series but now I would like to convert the month number to month name.

can this be done ?

Search and replace 5 with May. Repeat for the other 11 months.

However the field series index can only hold a floating point number, not text. So series_index cannot be the destination field.

So the month will have to be added to the title or some other text field.

yes but what to do if you have each month of the year and I want something to bulk edit ?

If there are many books/magazines (many years) then do 12 search and replace. One for each month.

If it's just a few books/magazines then edit manually.

Using Month Names will mess up sorting, while always using a 2 digit months (leading 0 padded) will sort in proper order
