Has anyone else tested how coupons work with the new cart system?

I played around with some of the coupons (50Dec & 70Comic) and 3 titles I added to the cart.

Applied 70comic and it seems Kobo will automatically apply the highest discount to the most expensive title in the cart. You then need to add any other coupons you have.

Unlimited use coupons seem to be problematic. I tested 50Dec and was only able to apply it once to a cart. Additional tries resulted in a "The promo code could not be applied" message.

How quickly we all adjusted to our greater expectations!

On the continuing saga concerning Paola and I probably using the same code: I also intentionally chose the first one for the first time, having considered that everyone else may also be going for the last or middle code. The theory developed from a study showing the first stall in a public lavatory was the least used because people assumed it was the most used.

I hope someone can use these but I would recommend playing the competition multiple times as it's extremely easy to get 75% codes this time.

So we have a space of at least 7 or 8 minutes when codes are potentially reusable.

Thanks for posting the times. This may add additional discounts to some if they aren't the first to use them.
