Artig i find the bit about not being able to give a PO Box address absolutely bizarre!

My kobo accounts each have the same PO Box address and I've never had any probs with my accounts.

Also tell kobo that it's your bank that determines whether or not they accept a PO Box address and not kobo.

It's odd about your book not being there, but maybe as Anaemic Oak's pointed out above it will just appear in due course. - that way you can give kobo support a big miss.

In the meantime, perhaps just open another kobo account and proceed as normal.

Okay so I got a kobo email (for each account) advising the details of 'mystery coupon' that gives up to 75% off -but you need to enter it at the checkout to see what that percentage is.

Perhaps after we've used these discount vouchers we could post them here, and advise what the discount was .....

Strange. I had one of those issues a time ago. Bought a book, didn't appear in the library. It took me a few emails to make it clear to them that it was not possible to download the book. The first three emails or so were canned responses like "Go to your library, find the book, and click...."

At some point I just exploded.

"Your guide fails at step 3! The book is NOT THERE!"

(You know, like McAvity, the Mistery Cat.)

"Compare my purchase history and my library, and you'll see there is one book more in the history compared to the library."

Then I got an email telling me that they "removed some errors from the library", and that I should try again. The book was (and is) there now.
