SXP 2.0beta7: buggy reference to an embedded image

A user of Vade-Mecum filed this bug report about VM crashing on a specific Plucker document.
The investigation had shown that the PDB has this bug:
Text record: UID=0x0031, offset=0x0B77,
text function code: 0x00 0x1A 0x00 0x3B.
This is an embedded image referencing record UID=0x003B, but the record with this UID is a text record, not an image record.

Sanitizing code was added to VM.
