Is this the one with the problem that you have not been able to solve?

Thanks for all the help - I may still look for another solution/ereader, but I'm fixed for now between my Kindle keyboard and small Android tablet, and maybe figuring out the PW2 problem - I just hate to carry so many gadgets along, would like just one that does everything - like that's gonna happen!

It may be useful to clarify this situation for our members who may be interested in this reader.

Well the good news (I guess) is that Amazon is giving me a refund. They would rather do that, then roll back the software. Rather odd.
