Nothing for me. I had a Tantor account already so I just had to log in (thanks to whoever posted on Sunday about the upcoming sale). I bought the sequel to the Lies of Locke Lamora. I've bought some of their audiobooks through Audible. In the future I'll probably buy more Mark Tufo and Kim Harrison audiobooks from them, but I don't want to start any new series ATM.

Oh, stay away from the Devon Monk "Allie Beckstrom" series - they put out seven of nine...and have no intention to do the last two (per the author's website)!

That's even worse than having the series in different formats...IMO.

For those of you looking forward to the upcoming moving, Audible has a copy of the original short story "The Secret Life of Malter Mitty" by James Thurber available for free. Even better - it's read by Ben Stiller. It's short (15 minutes) but this is supposed to be a classic (or so I've been told). If you are interested it is available here.

I've got another one for all of you romance lovers. Well, sort of. Audible has "I'm Dreaming of an Undead Christmas" by Molly Harper. Available for pre-order. (It comes out tomorrow so you won't have to wait long.) Apparently this is a short story / novella that is part of a larger series called "Half-Moon Hollow." As you might guess in the title this is a vampire romance, so pick if up if you don't think that kind of thing sucks (sorry, couldn't resist). The title can be found here.

I did a google search for "amazon: A Christmas Carol: A Signature Performance by Tim Curry" and it took me here: http://www.amazon.com/Christmas-Caro.../dp/B006B9Y3ES

That page had a Whispersync box with a link to the free Kindle book (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0084BMUFA/). When I bought the Kindle book, it asked me if I wanted to sync with the audio version and I said yes. It wasn't a normal purchase, but when I refreshed my Audible page, it showed the Tim Curry book in my library.

I don't switch between formats either, but it sounded like too a good a deal to pass up for free.

Me too! I was always going to go back and look for something toward the end of the sale and ended up forgetting completely! I have enough credits that it wouldn't have cost me any *more* out of pocket, so I'm especially sad that I missed it.

Thanks very much for that lead, and I got it.

Last heard by me when my English teacher read it to us in class when I was 16 years old; that was many, many years ago but was good enough to be remembered :-)

I just looked up all my purchases for the time of the promo and find 8 purchases with "regular price" more than $14.95. Yes, some were freebies and sales, but had a higher regular price. And, their own promo page said I earned the reward. If they weren't counting properly, that is not my fault!
