There was a title in the video saying the PRS-700 has a 800MHz Celeron class CPU. That was a bit of new information for me.

I wouldn't trust any textual information in that video. They didn't seem too knowledgeable about the PRS-700. I watched it to see the 700 in action, nothing more.

BS Information
A bit of potential BS, I would say.
Until I get my hands on something, every piece of information could be BS. When I get my hands on something, I can sort the information in the "BS" or the "Facts" bin. ![]() I would say Sony is a bit behind the schedule with this thing. The big event came and went and they are not even sure about the size! ![]() We'll see... So far, it looks like something I would like to have. |

Hey, the first vimeo video on this thread is 'private'. I'm a vimeo member, but it won't let me read it even though I'm logged in. How do I read it?

I've been following the info about the PRS-700 and thought I had watched a video with a link from this site, which had text saying "Internet Ready" or something similar. I can't find the video again. Has anybody else seen this or did I imagine it? If I did see it, is this another example of BS or does it actually mean anything?
I've been reading with a UMPC and have been researching for a gift for my daughter, but the new Sony has me interested in getting myself a gift too! |
