I'm trying to publish a Word (2010) document as an epub file using Calibre (with iPad 3 selected as the destination device). Is there some way to prevent headings from becoming stranded -- that is, left behind at the bottom of the page with the related text appearing at the top of the next page? I have the Word document headings formatted as Keep With Next, but the headings are still getting stranded.

Insert a page break before the headings.
