Calibre - clean?
I have calibre on my vista and want to put on my new windows 7 PC. I want to make sure thee js no spyware/adware/toolbars?

I have used Calibre since 0.3 or 0.4

I can promise you there is not any adware, malware, toolbars or anything. I have it on my work laptop with my books saved on an external harddrive.

Yes, you can install a newer version of Calibre over an older version no problem. I do it all the time.
