Won't finish boot. *solved* ( - low bat)

Hey,
my reader started acting up last night when it was on low bat. It froze and I had to reset. It could not complete the reset and got stuck at Loading... I plugged it in over night to charge it, hoping this would fix the problem. I have not been able to get it working since then. I plug it into my windows computer and it continuously resets. NOw it is just sort of perma frozen on an inverted Reader starting up screen. I can get the light at the top to change by plugging, unplugging, hitting reset, etc , but besides it just seems... stuck. Any tips?

Problem solved. The battery was still low. It must not have been able to charge via USB last night for whatever reason.

um.... alright. well. I noticed the charging light went off, so I unplugged it. It went from Low Battery to actually telling me that it had No Battery. I questioned it as to how it had received the power to tell me that it had no battery after it had been unplugged but it did no respond. anyways, seems to be a battery issue. I'll go buy a psp charger and hope that works. if not, i might actually be under warranty still so i'll have to deal with the beast that is sony support.

I left it charging again after plugging and unplugging it a few times. It fixed it. I think the problem was that the battery was so low that it couldn't do whatever it needed to do to accept a charge via usb. Eventually i got it to fully power down and accept a charge. I am still going to buy a psp charger so i can charge the bat while reading in case I am careless and let the battery drain again.

All is well!
