Abuelita is a brand name. It comes in tablets that you melt into the milk. In the U.S. it's found in the Mexican food section of the supermarket.

Bottle out of the cellar tonight, to go with the Shepard's Pie that the DW is making. Something old and Cab, but not sure what. Hmmm. I think this '98 Georges de Latour is calling to me. Bring on the red wine headache, it'll be worth it.
