Where oh where is my front-lit color e-ink device from a reliable provider?? (Are you listening, Amazon?) And yes, I know that's also a niche market. |

I've been waiting for the N10 as well but when Google did not release it alongside the Nexus 5, I went ahead and got a Nexus 7 (2013), I haven't used my iPad ever since, this is simply the best tablet I've owned. Quote:
Just like the Nexus 5, rumor after rumor, and now it's official.

I think I'm waiting for whatever the heck the Kindle PW is going to be like in 2015. (Assuming they do a new one in 2015)

On paper that's the device I'm waiting for, too, but they've had some real duds in the past and I think we're in for a long wait, especially here in the states.

Unlocked, the S3 runs around $200. Unlike HTC they have replaceable batteries and MicroSD slots to 64GB.

The Bookeen Cybook Ocean looks interesting. I would really like a larger screen.

I'm pretty well set for devices at the moment. I'm monitoring wrist-watch monitors or google glass. Something to use when I'm outdoors tracking an activity with my sports app, Endomondo.

For an additional $30-45 per month over a 2-year period and the probability of overages? Definitely wouldn't get a teenager one. If he wants a nice phone, he can cover the cost of phone and service. That's what my parents did with me.

I waited for a good OLED/AMOLED tablet for 2 years, but gave up on waiting and bought a Nexus 7.
