Thanks very much. Used twice with the new checkout on Firefox.

With the new checkout we have to put in the code at the confirmation page to see if it's eligible.

Is the book actually in the library though?? I got the code to work and payment went through, the book is listed in library as Purchased on 1st November but there's no download button next to it

Yes, I downloaded them. One was DRM-free the other wasn't.

It may be a kepub and only in Kobo Desktop.

I'm at work at the mo, but I'll fire up the kobo desktop app up when I get home and see if it comes though. I don't think it will though I think its a glitch at their end which is going to be a pita to sort out. I don't want a refund as I really want the book! its a pricey one

Melmac can you access IE9?

If so then use that to look at the book format - because it's the old look site.

Why don't you ask customer service? It's their damned job to give you this information - and they should be reminded as often as possible that not displaying format info on website will lead to unnecessary customer inquiries.

EDIT: Lynx be faster, but Shuffle speak truth. Hugh!

OK, what are they THINKING? Having to enter the code to see if a book can use codes is just as asinine as not showing the blasted format of the book before we buy! They need a new webmaster or whoever it is that thinks up this stuff, because the ones they have now are making the site less and less user friendly. Sheesh.

I was hoping that the new checkout also had a bug that allowed coupons on books that weren't supposed to, but no such luck...
