A house isn't a home without Talisker! Egad man! Sell some spare children if you have to .... but you MUST restore the single malt status before your life crumbles!

Oh - at least some Lapsang souchong - the "single malt" of the tea world.

Too bad that won't work. I think every customs official in Canada is a single malt drinker.

More tea before bed. More of the Keemun, actually. If Lapsang Souchong is an Isle, then Keemun is a Highland. Some natural smokiness in the flavour profile, probably why I like it so much.

Wow what a gorgeous day here on the Sunshine Coast!! The temp got up to 17c, there was no wind, and not a cloud in the sky all day. Lovely. So my neighbour in his 1993 Miata and I in my 2000 S2000 did a little rally down the road to Garden Bay and back. Top down, of course, and just a wonderful day, even though I had to work all morning. I even let the new chickens out to catch some rays. Their first time out of the Taj MaHen.

A glass of diet coke. And off to bed.

Looking at the pictures they show us here from the U.K. it was a wise decision to stay home (even if it wasn't intended).
