ePUB to AZW3 - <Hn> tags are getting separated

In the ePub each chapter starts with the book title using <h6> followed by the chapter name using <h2>. On conversion to AZW3 these <h6> and <h2> tags become separated by a page break. How can I avoid this so that the <h6> and <h2> remain on the same page?

Exploding the AZW3 shows that the <h6> has actually been kept with the <h2> for Part0003.html, but after that these tags become separated. Input, output and conversion logs files as attached. Default options used. |

Look at the page breaks before and chapter marker options under the structure detection section of the conversion dialog.

Thanks. Changing chapter mark to "none" stops the page break.

Have you tried a different setting than: 'chapter_mark': u'pagebreak',?

Are you using H# to control font sizes ? |

Yes, I am using H# to control font styling, (including size), and have now used chapter-mark = "none" to stop the problem. I didn't realise that I was using pagebreak as it was in the default options and I rarely convert to Kindle formats so I wasn't familiar with the options.

I use all <h#> tags for book styling but only <h1> to <h4> for hierarchy.
