ADE help required
I have a Kobo glo & am trying to transfer the books that I purchased from my kobo account onto my aunt's kobo glo using adobe digital editions. I have authorised my kobo & the kobo appears on the shelf. I can not though, access any of my books that is on my kobo. I have been searching everywhere online but can not seem to fix my issue. Any help would be appreciated!

Did you originally download the books directly onto your Glo via wifi or via the Kobo desktop app?

If so then they will probably have Kobo DRM and not Adobe DRM, so you won't be able to transfer them using ADE. Instead you would need to download the books again from the Kobo website using ADE, then you can transfer them from ADE to an authorized device. The device has to be authorized to the same Adobe account as the ADE used to download them.

hi-I downloaded one book via wifi and the other from the desktop app. How do I redownload the books using ADE?

Log into your account on the Kobo website using a browser on the same computer that you have ADE installed, go to your library and there will be a download button beside each book in your library.

Note that there is a limit to the number of devices you can authorize on one account. (6, I think).
