Did you press the "POWER" button after freeze? I can't see it in the log.

Tomorrow I'll try to add more debug info to find out what exactly happens with our processes

Sorry, I missed that part,have repeated and new log attached. I touched the screen 4 times after the freeze, then pressed the power button twice. The log does not show this activity, which was later than the last recorded activity.

The main problem is, kobo firmware should really include some database checking and error fixing. I really hope they do include something like this in future releases, I have to factory reset my devices once a month minimum for this kind of problem. Not to say that in 3 years of owning a Kindle 3 I've never had to.

I have tried 1.2.6.10, but unfortunately the glo is still freezing. Log file attached, I did several screen toches after the freeze, and tried the power and light buttons, but again the log doesn't show them.

Hmmm, now I loose even more battery life. Approximately 7% battery every 40-60 minutes while reading.

On the Aura HD I realized that margins are not equal anymore. You have to decrease the value for the right margin by 10, otherwise the margins show up different, e.g. only 60/50 will give you 60/60 margins.

Hmm, 3 hours of sleep and no battery drain. I guess I have to fully recharge the device before testing battery usage again.
I've attached the log file, altough I don't think there is any interesting info in it.

yes, the following 2 lines just confirm that CPU was sleeping 3 hours:
