Yeah, they're actually "local" to me, and several of their teas are quite good. This Keemun Extra Superior is a reasonable Keemun at an acceptable price. The Russian Caravan is a good Lapsang Souchong blend, and I am liking the Prince Charles blend. My next order will have their Lapsang Souchong, and more of the Russian Caravan. It's due here tomorrow. But I did not like their English Breakfast. Just not a fit for me, though YMMV.

A small glass of fresh squeezed orange juice to take my pills, and then to bed.

I too have started waking up at 3:30 - 4:00 am -- no matter what time I go to bed ..... and usually can't go back to sleep .... guess I'll get up & read too ...

I love hazelnut coffee - for a night cap add some Baileys Irish Cream instead of coffee creamer ....

Water in my cup. And while not in my cup, I'm taking extra-strength strepsils every two hours and decongestant and paracetamol every six. My wretched cold has morphed into a nasty cough, luckily kept under control by regular medication. I found during the night that a strepsil every two hours was a requirement to stop me coughing. (By waking up every three hours, coughing!)
