Oh, I feel you! I have STABLE (can't remember the translation, but it means more yarn than I could knit in a lifetime), three bookcases in the basement filled with paperback murder mysteries (in case I couldn't buy books once I retired, when I was eating dog food), and now my TBR list is over 6000. At least my TBR list only takes up room on Dropbox!

ETA: So.. I decided to poke around and see if the bundle was available at Kobo or Smashwords. It wasn't, but I discovered that most of the books is free or 0.99 on Smashwords, or the author has another book for free. Which makes the normal 9.99 price very steep.

Has anyone emailed Kobo support using their webform in the past few weeks?
Last night I purchased a book but the download was for something else, didn't even get a confirmation email.

Also never heard anything back when I sent an email about the prices changing on books listed as $1.99 but appearing much higher on the check out screen. That was over a week ago. I'm wondering if those issues are just being sent off into a black hole from their new website.

I would double check to see if you even got billed for it. I bought a book last week, accidentally hit 'enter' when the 50% off code didn't go through, and long story short, for some strange reason, after I emailed them I got the book for free, the charge never even went through?! True story, strange but true!

ETA: I always use the kobo-help email, I don't trust their website at all, it's always screwed up for me

I received a receipt and the amount was taken off my gift card total. The book I wanted to purchase "appears" in my library but when I download it I get something else.

I would suggest emailing them instead of contacting through web, that way you should get an 'incident #' to refer to, and maybe mention in your email that you've tried the web version and nobody's replied.

I have been using the Chat feature lately to report any problems/issues. No only is it more immediate interaction, but they then email you a copy of the chat. I started using chat as I never had much luck with contacting them via email.

I had one book I purchased a few sales ago that I never got the confirmation email on. But I was able to download it with no issues.

There was also one book which shows as a different title and author in ADE but the book itself is the correct book.

ETA: Sorry, I couldn't remember the title offhand. Rebecca Zanetti's Against the Wall appears in ADE as Private Practice by Samantha Black. But the book itself looks to be the correct book. I haven't read it yet.

This is an enjoyable start to a PNR series. I'd definitely recommend it, especially if you like vamps. I read it awhile back and have been meaning to continue the series. Unfortunately my TBR pile is so large that I haven't read past the first one. One of these days...
