The Topaz method is time consuming but it's better than losing all that formatting. Some Topaz books look okay on a Kindle and some you just got to OCR and fix up. |

Kobo Coupon Suggestion
Love Swept Novels by Sandra Chastain I just bought several so I thought I share. Love and a Blue-Eyed Cowboy was what first caught me. I mean how can pass the first words up. Quote:
![]() Also grabbed Mac's Angel series and a few others. Take a peek for yourself. There seem to be some really interesting heroes she writes. ![]() Last edited by Blossom; 09-20-2013 at 09:29 PM. |

$.99 deal, both books in A.L. Jackson's 'Take This Regret' series, [Lost to You and Take This Regret] which I loved [solid 4 stars IMO]. Book 3 [If Forever Comes] is supposed to be out today and it will be autobuy for me.

Google search:
BRÖKK: Old Norse myth name of a dwarf who, along with his brother Eitri, made magical objects for the gods, including the hammer of Thor, probably derived from the Nordic element bróka, meaning "breeches." The author also has an Author's Notes section at the end of the book: Spoiler:
-I haven't read this yet, but the name used seems valid to me based on a quick Google search. Quote:

Well I grabbed it. I found myself reading after the first page. I'm not really into Vikings romance though.

The name use may be valid. However, as a person who grew up in Sweden, the way you would pronounce the word Brökk in my native tounge is far too similar to the sound a person makes while vomiting, for me to be in any way interested in having it repeated in my mind over and over...
![]() I am, if it's actually vikings. Unfortunately I know too much about their culture to be able to enjoy most romances taking place in that particular setting. Last edited by ScalyFreak; 09-21-2013 at 12:13 AM. |

![]() There's been many times that I've flat out refused to buy a fantasy book just because the made-up names were unpronounceable. I hear the names in my head when I read them, so if I can't pronounce it, that's a dealbreaker for me. ![]() |

I need suggestions on an ereader for my niece. I thought about going with the Kindle Touch so I could manager her books and what she reads (she is 16). Any suggestions besides this?

The advantage of the K Touch is that she can hear audiobooks on it. That is now the sole use of mine. Otherwise the Paperwhite is the best choice for reading.

Reason I an leaning toward the K Touch is she had a K Keyboard and it broke about 15 months after I gave it to her. Really do not want to spend $100 or more for something that will not last several years.
