"Save to disc" using title instead of title_sort?

Is it possible to use title instead of title_sort when saving to disc?

Calibre vs. 1.1
My tweak is currently set to
title_series_sorting = 'library_order'
which is ok for my needs but when I save to disc the title is in title_sort.

"The song of Ice and Fire" becomes
"song of Ice and Fire, The"

The current template is
{author}{series:| - |}{series_index:| - |} - {title}
As you can see it says title but it does not use title but title_sort

Is something else influencing this or did I miss something?

Under Preferences-Tweaks-Control formatting of title and series when used in templates (ID: save_template_title_series_sorting) set to 'strictly_alphabetic'

I tried.
Changed the tweak to alphabetical.
Marked the books, used bulk edit metadta + set author_sort to change something so the tweak worked on them.
Saved these books to disc.

Series and title are still in series_sort, title_sort.

But I don't see what this should help since it says:

"Control title and series sorting in the library view.
This flag affects Calibre's library display. It has no effect on devices."
So I assume it does not change a save to disc behaviour either?

Use the tweak Control formatting of title and series when used in templatesas I said not Control sorting of titles and series in the library display.

For me it is the third tweak listed.

Follow the advice given and change the template tweak (in red above) not the one that affects the library view.
