Anyone here bought the second edition of Fledgling?

Wondering what the "All New Content" consists of. I tried the Bar and the Baen ebook store, but didn't really see anything (could have missed it).

If you check out the TOC they have added "Fledgling Authors' Working Notes" to the ebook.

Nothing important. As Bernie says, some author notes. The primary reason to buy the second edition, rather than the original, is to support the authors.

The primary reaon for the second edition is so that the first edition can be in the Baen Free Library without Amazon making a fuss.

Yes, and that will be the first day you can buy Trade Secret. Though I suspect it may take until the 16th for it to show on the Baen site.

Also, the Audio book of Trade Secret is now available for pre-order. Will be published November 5th. The reader is Kevin T. Collins, who did the earlier Balance of Trade audio book and is excellent.

For this one, I'm violating my rule and pre-ordering. Since I already have the Baen ebook as part of the monthly bundle, there's no gain to waiting and seeing if there's a good deal on a Whisper-Sync bundle.

OK, the free short story, Out of True, from Lee and Miller is up on the main Baen site. And expect Trade Secret to be available later today.

Edit: Trade Secret is up on the Baen site and available for purchase and download. Not showing on Amazon yet, except as a pre-order for the hardback or Audible version.
