Have you tried the Florastor probiotic? It's supposed to be really helpful because it's fungal and the antibiotics won't kill it. I tried it when I was getting over the c. diff the hospital gave me while trying to treat my gall bladder.

No I haven't I have a probiotic that I normally take and I am taking those. I eat alot of potassium rich foods due to the B12 shot I get each month so I think I will be okay. One of my favorite is dried apricots not only are they rich in potassium but they are good for building blood. (I'm anemic) I'm one of those who can't tolerate iron supplements very well. Doc wants to give me iron transfusions. I said no way my iron is just a little low I'll do my best to get it through food. Now the B12 I have to take in a shot due to not being able to absorb it but I think I do okay on iron. Last time it has risen a whole point with just diet change.

Oh no! I actually read two of those! Gone with the Wolf, Take it Like a Vamp. Gone with a Wolf was okay but very cliche. Take it like a Vamp started out good and when into I don't what and it never recovered.

I was really disappointed as these are two very established authors who other books are quite good!

I'm grabbing Obsession! 99 cents is great price!

Fellow anemiac (is that even a word??) here. I switched from regular non-stick skillets to cast iron a couple years ago, except for scrambled eggs. Never can get those darn things to not stick! But as you cook minute amounts of iron leeches into your food. Perfectly safe, and much easier on your tummy than iron tablets. It's not a cure all, but it can help. Also molasses is suppose to be iron rich. I like it on toast.
Isn't it amazing how our posts just wander from one topic to another?? One of the reasons I really like this forum, it's more like a bunch of friends chatting than a bunch of strangers.

Well, I am getting Obsession since I just found out its some spin off of the Lux series thingy. And of course I just started Obsidian (Lux) and I am hooked. I think I read about those here.
I am always looking for sci fi influenced romances. They are harder to find than unicorns.

I am just a bit tired of wolfs and vamps and such I guess.

Oh, to you, that is one of the Lux Novellas, but it is most definitely NOT YA like the rest of them [very steamy]. You should read them in order though, but I loved that one!

BTW J.Lynn's new book 'Unchained' released today, already grabbed it. This is a NA/Paranormal new series for her, I'm so excited to read it!

So where does Obsession fit in to the Lux world. I am still reading Obsidian. I have the prequel also, but I read to read Obsidian first. Which went against very fiber of my being. I am total OCD in reading things in order. And to me that means chronological. This publishing of prequels and off springs and side shows within a series drives me absolutely bonkers. .

Obsession - It is a standalone and does take place in the same world that Daemon and Katy reside in, however it is an adult novel and intended for an older audience. You do not need to read a Lux book to read Obsession and vice versa.

Adult: I am not joking when I say this is an adult book. =)
