I told myself I wasn't going to do this again! Out of the three Covet titles I have read they all have been meh so I said I wouldn't read another one but I just 1 clicked. This is the last time if I don't like it!

I haven't read any Covet titles yet. I got this one too, I hope it turns out to be good (better than the "meh" ones you've had!). RTBookreviews (here) gave it 4-stars and says "An easy read perfect for a lazy afternoon. Fans of Kerrelyn Sparks or Molly Harper will enjoy this lighthearted romp." So we'll see!

Reckless, you mean by S.C. Stephens? I loved the whole trilogy, just read it again for the 2nd time last month, one of my few 5stars that are in my re-read list.

I bought True Shot by Joyce Lamb at Kobo during the fabulous code sale. I tried to download it yesterday and couldn't . I called Kobo and they too could not download it.
Their email said:

"This is a follow up email regarding your call today. You called stating that you were unable to download the book "True Shot" by Joyce Lamb to your Sony eReader because you were getting a very long error message. The book was tested and I confirmed that I was getting the same error message that you were.

We will provide you with a Kobo store credit"

What I want to know is since I bought it with my money, why isnt my money being returned to me? They really were very nice and I don't mean to be knit picking even though I obviously am. I was just wondering if this was the policy with Amazon and Barnes and Noble. Thanks to the Code Fairy I am only talking about $2.80 but it could have been a $10 book.
Now I am going to bury myself in one of the other wonderful books I bought and maybe someone knows whether this is the same policy at Amazon.

At Amazon, if I purchase with a gift card credit then that is how they refund. If I purchase using my credit or debit card then they refund the amount on that. I have specifically ask for a gift card credit and they have provided.
