Tested latest version of plugin as in post #1822: all's well, no 403s.

@Patricia1066: Looked at the log, can't see anything unusual. Do you have calibre-debug on?

I keep on getting the following when I try to download stories at FF.net now.

Try to use this version for now, I'm sure there will be an official update soon.

EDIT: There already is, and it should work -- if it doesn't, customize the user_agent entry in your personal.ini file.

I just tried to download 2 stories from Twisting the Hellmouth. I have my password and name stored in my personal.ini but FFDL still asked for the name and the password and then errored out with an "unable to login".

I found that the update 1.7.42 of the downloader seems to be working properly. It does seem to take longer but better longer than not at all.
