rtf file doesn't convert

Greetings to all.
I am completely new to all of this (just started reading and experimenting today)

I have added my small .rtf file to Calibre and tried to convert it, but I am overwhelmed with information on the error and don't know where to start.
Your help/advice is most appreciated.

It's still a mess, but it is converting.
I think the page division (inserts) from the .rtf file for the physical book is what is throwing it off.

I'll fiddle around on it today and see what I can come up with.
