Whew! I'm exhausted! I just spent the last couple of hours splitting The Perfect Ten anthology... OMG was it tedious. Why WHY would they make 10 books one long-arse word doc with no page or sections breaks???!!??? WHY

To make matters worse, once I spent the time putting in the breaks, epub split decides to go buggy on me. So I had to do it manually...It really wasn't so bad once I figured it out, but I DO NOT want to go through that again. I will think seriously hard next time one these big 'ole anthologies comes out. In fact, there's new one 9 Ways To Fall In Love (.99 at amazon - no kobo yet ). I'm tempted but kinda gun shy now.

The good news is that I am completely caught up in getting all my books into calibre and cleaned up! Just in time to do some major damage with the kobopalooza codes that magically appeared in my inbox (apesmom ROCKS!!)

Not NA, NO cliffhanger, just finished, give it a solid 4, maybe even 4.5, and the author's going on my watchlist, loved it.
ETA: it's still on for $.99, book 2 in the series comes out Sept 16,

I finally decided that I needed to get aquainted with epub-split last night. I had split about half-a-dozen boxed sets and was feeling cocky when I pulled up Perfect Ten.

I decided I was too tired and too much of a epub-split rookie to even try to tackle that one. Do you have any tips for when I'm feeling brave?
