I'm drinking an early evening cup of unbranded Keemun, and planing some research.

Slacked off home PT for my knee over the weekend, and I felt it today -- no pain, but it was very, very stiff and weak.

Just prepped with a heating pad, did my full routine, and I'm now relaxing with mug o' tea #3, two non-prescription naproxen sodiums, and an ice pack. And reading a zombie story, which is hitting a bit too close to home, right now.

Drinking coffee and waiting for chocolate chip scones to come out of the oven. Yeah, for those of you across the pond, there's probably nothing really authentic about these, but they're good. Anything made with a cup of heavy cream is good, right? :-D
