Decent Australian Newspapers

Looking for your poinion on decent Australian Newspapers featuring a good online representation. And with "decent" I mean - not owned by Rupert Murdoch, and do not report on Britney Spears' underwear.

(Yea, if "Britney Spears' underwear" is the best thing I can come up with in terms of news that are not news, it's probably a sign that I am getting old.)

Cheers

Do you require something with a paper version? If not, the ABC is better than nothing, I guess. Crikey and New Matilda, if that's the way you lean.

I am more interested in the online version. "better than nothing" still sounds pretty bad Have heard. Have heard good things about both Crikey and Matilda, but always like to read news from different perspectives.
