Syncing/Updating Kindle Content to Calibre

First off I don't own a Kindle, but I have several Kindle books (gotta love PC apps). Anyway, how can I update my Kindle library to my Calibre without uploading my entire library? They way that "my kindle content" books are named, it's all but impossible to figure out what books I have already without fully reuploading my whole library and then trying to remove duplicates since many times I have to fix my meta. Would also be especially useful if individual books have been updated (typos etc fixed on cloud)

Easy. Just open Windows Explorer, navigate to "My Documents\My Kindle Contents", and sort the folder in descending date order. Drag to Calibre any book files which have a more recent date than your previous update. I update Calibre from K4PC once a week.

Thanks Harry. How about if a book has been updated ie. typos fixed by author etc? Is there a way to determine that book and make sure I have the current one on my Calibre?

If it's been updated and hence re-downloaded, won't it be a file with a recent date?
