put favorite articles in EPUB or PDF format together to make new doc for Kindle

Hello,

Presently in mainland China and I have a Kindle Paperwhite.

I want to pull favorite articles from different magazines in EPUB format and put them together--ideally creating a new magazine with favorite articles and put on Kindle. The same for PDF format. Also, want a table of contents, and the feature-- if I select citation within the article, the entire reference information will pop up.

Does anyone know how to do this??

You would go to the section of this forum on Sigil and download this application. You can then use Sigil to merge the ePub sections together into a new ePub document. Once you have the new ePub document working the way you want you can convert the ePub document using KindleGen or Kindle Previewer which you can download from the Amazon site.
