Certainly. Still enjoying it actually, a nice Rioja. Seems fitting as I listen to Au Fond du Temple Saint from The Pearl Fishers. I don't listen to much operatic stuff, but this makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end.

Good morning, all. Damn laptop... Japanese keyboard re-mapped for English. Nothing in the 'right' place and a space bar about 2cm long...

Up early again. Have to pack the suitcases today. Transporters will take them to the airport for us, so they will be waiting there for us when we arrive. No need to lug them, my guitar, my camera gear, the cat AND suitcases the morning of the flight. Very convenient, especially since it's a three-hour trip just to get to the airport... So... starting the day wit a small ugly mug of Bigalow's "English Breakfast" tea, Italian sausage, chunky peanut butter, and Deviled Eggs. I think I'm gonna hurl.... Couldn't we just throw this stuff away? Is there REALLY a need to empty the fridge?

@Stitchawl: yes, I have a favourite mug with a large handle. A Peet's mug, actually. 16oz, heavy, and fat. Holds temp reasonably well if you preheat it. And has a white interior, so one can actually see the tea.

Diet Coke in my hotel room while I catch up from having been offline much of the day.

The handle really makes a big difference. This little mug I'm using now (PHOTO ABOVE) has the most horrible handle... It feels as if my wrist is going to snap when I lift a full mug. And I have really big wrists! (Me and Remo...)

Yes, the mugs VydorScope mentions are left-handed, but only in decoration, not shape.

Wild applause to KindleKitten for coming up with a genuinely left-handed mug in shape. I did know about moustache cups/mugs, but I just didn't think of them in this context. They do indeed come in left and right-hand versions.

Thanks. As for the safe unpacking of the mug, I doubt a Faberge Egg ever was wrapped in as many layers of bubble wrap as I used on that mug. Probably 3"-4" of bubblewrap. Then a layer of styrofoam, then more bubble wrap. I think it would survive a direct hit from a Hellfire missile.....
