For those of you that were having problems with the harlequin BUY2GET3RD code, it's now working. At least for me it is. Sorta, but in a good way.

I've got 3 books in my cart, all $4.99 (list) / $3.99 (cover) so you would expect I'm being charged $7.98 which = $2.66/book

But it's showing a discount of $4.49 for a total of $7.48 which = $2.49/book.
It seems that as long as you buy 3 books it equates to 50% off cover.

Actually you don't need to have 3 in your cart. I'm seeing 50% off cover with just one book in the cart. And that 50% off is applied to the entire cart of more than 3 books.

This is a DNF for me. I will finish it but I can't believe the plot no matter how hard I tried and I'm miffed with how the freed slaves are just plot muppets. Handed off to the hero from the previous book to take north. Such a very important part of our history.

Okay this the last I will post on this book. DNF is my grade.

Yeah, that's pretty bad. Ruining a reputation in itself would be slander/defamation (a tort) and a criminal charge would be rape, abduction, or criminal seduction.

I'm pretty sure judges aren't allowed to give verdicts on criminal trials in the US. That has to be done before a jury. Unless it's a plea bargain I guess, but it doesn't sound like the person researched enough to come up with that!

Hmm, I hope that's not the case. I had high hopes for Wallbanger (like I have now for Tangled) and I was not all that impressed with it. At least with Wallbanger I was able to buy it discounted at Books on Board, which is not an option for Tangled

Well it's on Nook which means it's not a Kindle exclusive and since it was only released yesterday it could be popping up on Kobo any day.
